1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using any service offered through the vviph platform at vviph.org (the "Platform"), you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with vviph's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if you have registered, close your account. vviph reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications take effect upon publication to the Platform; continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to the vviph Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 21 years of age, consistent with the age of majority for gambling purposes under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. vviph conducts age verification at registration and may require additional documentary evidence at any time.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

You represent that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence and/or the jurisdiction from which you access the Platform. vviph does not represent or warrant that the Platform is available, legal, or appropriate for use in any jurisdiction outside the Philippines. You are solely responsible for compliance with the laws applicable to you.

2.3 Excluded Persons

The following persons are prohibited from registering or maintaining an account on vviph:

• Persons under 21 years of age;
• Persons who have self-excluded through vviph's responsible gaming tools or through PAGCOR's exclusion registry;
• Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of vviph, its affiliates, and its licensed game providers;
• Persons in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may register and maintain only one account on the vviph Platform. The existence of duplicate accounts, regardless of whether they were registered under different names or contact details, constitutes a violation of these Terms. vviph reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit associated balances.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration and maintain the accuracy of your account information throughout your membership. vviph reserves the right to suspend accounts where information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your vviph login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. vviph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account where such use was facilitated by your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify vviph's support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

vviph is required by PAGCOR and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering legislation (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) to verify the identity of its customers. You agree to provide government-issued identification documents and such other information as vviph may reasonably request for KYC purposes. Account functionality, including withdrawals, may be restricted pending completion of KYC verification.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

vviph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, QR Ph, 7-Eleven over-the-counter transactions, and USDT cryptocurrency. Minimum deposit amounts and transaction limits apply and are published on the Platform's payment pages, subject to change without notice.

4.2 Currency

The primary operating currency of vviph is Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All balances, wagers, and payouts are denominated in PHP unless expressly stated otherwise for cryptocurrency transactions, which are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds; (c) vviph's anti-fraud review processes. vviph reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for up to five (5) business days pending completion of these reviews. vviph will not process withdrawals to payment methods not previously used for deposits on the account.

4.4 Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is classified as dormant. vviph may charge a monthly dormancy fee of ₱50 against dormant account balances after written notice to the account's registered contact. Balances may ultimately be transferred to PAGCOR's unclaimed funds register in accordance with applicable regulations.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Conditions

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by vviph are subject to specific terms applicable to each promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of conflict between the general Terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering Requirements vary by promotion and are stated clearly in the applicable promotion terms. Certain game categories may contribute at reduced rates or not at all toward wagering requirements.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

vviph reserves the right to withhold, forfeit, or clawback bonus funds and associated winnings, and to suspend or permanently close accounts, where it determines in its reasonable discretion that bonus terms have been exploited, abused, or circumvented through strategies including but not limited to: low-risk hedging across multiple selections, use of multiple accounts, and exploitation of technical errors.

6 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the vviph Platform are operated under licenses from their respective providers and use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or licensed live dealer equipment. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and are not guarantees of individual session outcomes.

In the event of a malfunction, game error, or system failure, vviph reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return applicable stakes to players' accounts. Wagers placed during a malfunction are void and unenforceable. vviph's decision on game disputes, reached after reasonable investigation, shall be final and binding.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vviph Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scrapers, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform without express written authorization;
• Collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes;
• Fraudulent use of payment methods, chargebacks, or use of funds derived from criminal activity;
• Money laundering or any activity that violates Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) or its amendments;
• Exploiting software errors, vulnerabilities, or undocumented features for financial gain;
• Impersonation of another person or entity in connection with account registration or gameplay;
• Any activity that unreasonably burdens vviph's infrastructure or disrupts the experience of other players.

8 Responsible Gaming

vviph is committed to promoting responsible gaming in accordance with PAGCOR's Responsible Gaming Framework. The Platform provides tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and voluntary self-exclusion, accessible from within your account settings after vviph login.

Self-excluded players must not attempt to circumvent exclusion by creating new accounts. Any account created in violation of a self-exclusion will be closed, and all balances and winnings accrued during the exclusion period will be forfeited. 9 Intellectual Property

All content on the vviph Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and design elements, is the property of vviph or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written authorization from vviph.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, vviph, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform.

vviph's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

vviph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. vviph is not responsible for losses arising from Force Majeure events including natural disasters, infrastructure failures, government actions, or telecommunications disruptions.

11 Suspension & Termination

vviph reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, at its sole discretion, with or without notice, where it reasonably believes a violation of these Terms has occurred, where continued account operation poses a legal or regulatory risk, or where required by PAGCOR or any other competent authority.

Upon account closure for cause: (a) all pending bonuses are forfeited; (b) withdrawable balances will be returned to the registered payment method after completion of applicable investigations; (c) vviph reserves the right to retain funds where required by law or pending the outcome of legal proceedings.

You may close your vviph account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary closure does not affect obligations accrued prior to closure and does not circumvent any self-exclusion obligations.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact vviph's customer support to seek an informal resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. For regulatory complaints, you may also contact PAGCOR directly in accordance with its published complaint procedures.

13 Amendments to These Terms

vviph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where amendments are material, vviph will endeavour to provide advance notice via the Platform or by message to your registered contact details. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.
